Ami az egyik szem\u00e9ly sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra feldolgozhat\u00f3, az m\u00e1snap sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra komoly lelki megterhel\u00e9st okozhat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Hogyan m\u0171k\u00f6dik az EMDR ter\u00e1pia?<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Az EMDR ter\u00e1pia alapja, hogy a traumatikus eml\u00e9kek gyakran nem megfelel\u0151en dolgoz\u00f3dnak fel, ami szorong\u00e1shoz, poszttraum\u00e1s stressz szindr\u00f3m\u00e1hoz (PTSD), depresszi\u00f3hoz \u00e9s egy\u00e9b lelki t\u00fcnetekhez vezethet.
